City Morning

This tragic sadness,
this unsatisfaction and frustration
that permeate a world all concentrated on what's outside,
lacking the inside
which contributes to
making us human:

yet I see the smiles of some,
only some,
of these faces,
and can't help but
breathe
the fresh air that
being human
brings
to me.
